Broadlands Lodge is hidden in the beautiful Broadlands Valley, a short 20-minute drive from Taupo or 40 minutes from Rotorua. Broadlands Lodge is a unique wedding venue for all seasons, with beautiful spaces for a memorable wedding ceremony, reception and photographs.

Say ‘I do’ in a beautiful garden wedding ceremony in our manicured gardens and expansive lawn and enjoy the romance of the grand Edwardian villa.  Celebrate in the ambience of the purpose-built rustic barn with it’s breath-taking views of the Broadlands Valley and surrounding farm land.

The wedding venue hire fee covers exclusive use of the Rustic Barn and manicured gardens for the duration of your event, to a maximum of eight hours.

How much is to hire the venue for a wedding?

 

The venue hire fee is $6,900 (including GST) and includes exclusive use of the venue and gardens for the duration of your wedding, up to eight hours and includes:

  • 1 night accommodation for 4 guests (extra 2 guests by arrangement)

  • Rustic barn

  • Country gardens

  • Toilet facilities

  • Indoor and outdoor festive and task lighting

  • Reception coordinator to ensure your day is perfect

  • Round reception tables and chairs for 150 guests indoors (capacity 200, extra charge)

  • Crockery, cutlery, water glasses and carafes, salt and pepper

  • Cake table

  • Professional, uniformed food and bar staff

  • Clean up and pack down

  • Refuse disposal

  • Helipad

How does the catering and bar work?


Broadlands Lodge provides a full catering service employing qualified, experienced staff.  Our chefs will work with you to accommodate your special requirements. 


We are fully licensed offering a range of local and imported wine and beer.  We can discuss your special requirements.
